Where we provide Services on your behalf, you agree to provide timely approvals, accurate information, and any assets, access, or credentials reasonably required for us to perform the Services. Delays caused by incomplete or late information may affect project timelines.
Our Services may involve the use of third-party platforms (such as Meta, Google, Instagram, LinkedIn, or other advertising and social media platforms). Your use of, and any content published to, these platforms is also subject to their respective terms of service, which we do not control.
While we apply industry expertise and best practices to every engagement, digital marketing, PR, and advertising outcomes depend on numerous factors outside our control, including platform algorithm changes, market conditions, and third-party actions. We do not guarantee specific results, rankings, follower counts, media placements, or revenue outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pixy Social shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our Services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of our Services shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific Services giving rise to the claim.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business, technical, or strategic information shared during the course of an engagement, and to use it solely for the purposes of that engagement.
Either party may terminate an ongoing Service engagement in accordance with the notice period and terms set out in the applicable service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to the Site at our discretion, without notice, in cases of misuse.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
